Web Design Package

1. Services Provided

Limo Partner will provide web design and related services as outlined in your selected package.

Services may include website design, basic SEO setup, and mobile responsiveness. Up to 20 pages

2. Payment

Full payment is required upfront before any work begins.

Payments are non-refundable once work has started.

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time is 3 weeks from the date we receive all required client materials (text, images, branding, etc.) and confirmation of payment.

Delays in providing content or feedback may extend the delivery timeline.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide all necessary materials (images, text, logos, branding elements, etc.) within the agreed timeframe.

Limo Partner is not responsible for delays caused by late submission of materials.

5. Revisions

The package includes 10 rounds of revisions.

Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.

6. Ownership & Rights

Upon completion and full payment, the client owns the website design and related files.

Limo Partner reserves the right to display the completed project in our portfolio or marketing materials.

7. Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting, and ongoing maintenance are included for one year, unless otherwise stated

These can be provided at additional cost if requested.

8. Liability

Limo Partner will not be liable for business losses, indirect damages, or technical issues beyond our control.

We do not guarantee search engine ranking performance.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Since payment is required in full upfront, and work begins shortly after, all payments are non-refundable once the project starts.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
